Collection and Processing of Personal Information
The personal information that KPMG (“KPMG”) or one or more of KPMG member firms, KPMG affiliates and KPMG’s infrastructure service providers received from you for the purpose of event/ seminar/ webinar registration (“Purpose”) are collected, used, processed and retained in accordance with the applicable privacy and data protection laws, rules and regulations (“Applicable Laws”).
To serve the Purpose above mentioned and in compliance with the requirements of the Applicable Laws, we hereby request that you provide us with the following personal information:

4. Email
5. Phone number
Please note that if you are not able to provide us with the above personal information, we may not be able to carry out the Purpose accordingly.
Once the above Purpose is achieved, any materials containing your personal information will be retained, stored, or destroyed in accordance with the Applicable Laws. In any event, your personal information will not be retained longer than it is necessary to achieve the Purpose or permitted by the Applicable Laws.
